HOW LONG WE STORE PERSONAL DATA
H-Architects is, in the context of the ten-year liability of the architect, obliged to keep all your data for 10 years after the delivery / end of the agreement.
SHARING PERSONAL DATA WITH THIRD PARTIES
H-Architects does not sell your information to third parties. H-Architect does provide your information to third parties where it is necessary to carry out the assignment. These are for example the city/municipality, the authorities, the fire brigade, the engineer, the safety coordinator, the contractor, suppliers of materials, etc. This list is not exhaustive. Your data is also processed in the following computer programs: VectorWorks, Dropbox, Archisoft, Teamleader, Mail and applications of the government for submitting a construction permit. These programs are protected by a password, either in the application itself or by means of a password to log in to the computer where the program is installed. The paper data is located in the office of H-Architects, which is not accessible to unaccompanied non-employees. Within H-Architects all architects and administrative staff have access to your data.

HOW WE SECURE PERSONAL DATA
H-Architects takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized changes. In the event of a data breach, we will notify you.
