An classical house is truly beautiful. Unfortunately, many of them have not been maintained for decades and are therefore in poor condition. That also happened with this building in Antwerp. The structure of the building could be preserved, but the interior had to be completely renewed. H-Architects redesigned this outdated building into a modern, spacious four-bedroom house.
A complete renovation meant that we could only keep the original design on the outside. Inside, a very modern finish was chosen. By using wood and natural stone, the modern, timeless elements match the classic style of the building perfectly.
The high ceiling are one of the most beautiful features of this house. By opting for built-in wardrobes, partitions and even doors that run completely from floor to ceiling, we draw attention to the height of the ceiling. The extra storage space is a bonus!
